Let’s practice yoga together! You can join me on the mat at a studio class in Munich or in a private class in-person or online. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility and flexibility, calm the mind, or just want to learn the basics, a private yoga class is a great way to address your specific goals.

My Yoga Background
Yoga has been an anchor in my life since 2019, when a friend gifted me a membership to a local studio in Vancouver, Canada. I quickly fell in love with the practice, and continue to appreciate how yoga offers a safe space for self-discovery and growth. Through life’s different seasons and ups and downs, yoga returns us to ourselves, the body, and the present moment.
I went on to complete my 200-hour training in 2022 with Gayatri Yoga School in Tenerife, Spain and consider myself a passionate student. Recently, I spent time practicing in India with different teachers and styles, including classical Sivananda, ashtanga, and creative embodiment yoga.
My classes are a calming space where you can slow down and quiet the mind, connecting with yourself, your emotions, and the body through conscious breathing and meditative movements.
