Hi, I’m Mikayla, a writer and American living in Germany. Originally from Portland, Oregon, I grew up within reach of mountains, forests, and the rugged Oregon Coast, and have always loved nature and exploring new places. Curiosity about my family’s roots (and a university program) brought me to Munich in 2019, and now it’s my home.
